Stakeholder Management

Stakeholders are the people who are directly or indirectly involved with a project and its impact. Stakeholders may be the prime team, the financiers, the clients the company aims to serve and the parties sub-contracted for various services or resources. Legislators, the public sector, civil society, intergovernmental bodies and the media can be stakeholders depending on the scope of the project and the perspective of the analysis.
