Facilitation Skills

Conflict is the salt and pepper of life’s cooking. A small measure enables debate, progress and the evolutionary compromise between difference and sameness. Too much of it ruins the dish and everyone goes hungry. The management of conflicts is a competence that is applied in any private and work arena. Professional peacemakers work in larger environments where meso-conflicts are complex, structural and direct. Applicable to all these circumstances, students learn the skills of communications, facilitation and mediation pertaining to conflict resolution.
