Governments & IOs: Intercultural and Diversity Management

Intercultural Competence for the Global Citizen

This two-day seminar provides a comparative study of some of the wide-spread cultures around the world. It takes several approaches: historical, ethnic, religious, and economic. It seeks to understand values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors through comparative examples. Conceptual precepts and practical suggestions aim to increase the delegates’ efficacy working in diverse cultural environments. The attributes of today’s global citizen are presented, together with a range of global behavioral and thinking skills.
