Communicating with Your Staff


This seminar addresses all forms of communication that a department head or an administrative manager engages in at work. It includes the delegation and specification of shared and individual tasks to staff, the definition of personal and team goals, the facilitation of talent development, conducting appraisals and giving feedback on performance, and mediation at times of conflict. It provides simulations for managers to assess and hone their communicative skills, their natural and hierarchical authority and their sensitivity towards people.
